- **Wat ga je doen?**_
- Ontwerpen van **processen, informatieflows** **en organisatorische structuren**die aansluiten bij de bedrijfsdoelen en strategie.
- Analyseren en verbeteren van **interne en externe processen en systemen** om onze diensten sneller, efficiënter en accurater te maken.
- **Samenwerken met projectteams van onze klanten** om de ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe oplossingen te begeleiden.
- Fungeren als **brug tussen business en IT.**
- Uitvoeren van **diepgaande data-analyses** om trends, efficiëntiekansen en procesverbeteringen te identificeren en te rapporteren.
- Vertalen van complexe datasets naar **bruikbare inzichten** om de kwaliteit van schattingen en dienstverlening te verbeteren.
- **Ontwikkelen van dashboards en rapportages** die inzicht geven in onze operationele werking en resultaten.

- **Wat zoeken we?**_
Wij zoeken een associate met een strategische mindset, sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met data en IT. De ideale kandidaat beschikt over:
- Een **masterdiploma**, bij voorkeur in de **ingenieurswetenschappen** (bv. burgerlijk ingenieur (architect), industrieel ingenieur of handelsingenieur).
- Minimaal **3-5 jaar werkervaring** in een relevante sector (bijvoorbeeld bancaire sector, IT-gedreven dienstverlening, of procesoptimalisatie) en een basiskennis in vastgoed
- Kennis van bancaire processen, kredieten en IT-systemen is een sterke troef.
- Je werkt **gestructureerd** en bezit over een **analytisch vermogen**.
- Interesse of affiniteit met **IT**en **data**.
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en beheersing van het Frans & Engels.
