**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
What will you do?
As our Business Development Manager, you will be based in Belgium. You’ll set up a new business dealing in woollen carpet and tiles. Colleagues in Belgium (Unilin Flooring) and Godrey Hirst will support you in terms of know-how.
This means that you will be in the drivers’ seat to set up a business plan. You will think about the commercialization. From defining collections, recommending and implementing pricing and marketing materials to defining our distribution strategy and service model.
Through your existing market knowledge and network you’ll quickly establish and develop sales channels and set up a first customer network. You’ll implement promotional campaigns and proactively liaise with key stakeholders. As a driven negotiator you succeed in lobbying at different levels, making agreements and building and maintaining good relationships.

You have an extended experience, preferably within the carpet/têxtile industry.
Your strategic insight and the fact that you can always keep an overview and set priorities will ensure that you make a success of this new story.
