**JE TAKENPAKKET**:
As Brand Manager Moduleo, you are responsible for defining the global brand strategy for Moduleo. As experienced Brand Strategist you will ensure sufficient differentiation in brand positioning in order to maximize the consumer impact hence business results:
- Define or keep Moduleo’s brand identity, brand guidelines, and product category identity relevant for our consumer (and leverage consumer and customer insights/data to optimize this strategy).
- Inspire your brand team, internal and external agencies with creative ideas to define new brand campaigns. Translate these campaigns and brand ideas towards various execution formats depending on the optimized off
- and online marketing mix.
- Build Moduleo further into the most relevant and desired brand in a hybrid world.
- Strengthen our Point of Sales impact by developing multi-brand B2C communication ideas that attract a maximum of consumers in our retail environment, while B2B communication plans should further strengthen and simplify our customer relationships.
- Embrace our design vision reflected in our floor design and related interior designs that is defined by the Moduleo Design Manager, and maximize it within the marketing mix touchpoints and its relevant audience.
- You report to the Global Marketing Director.
PROFILE
- You have experience in brand marketing (5-10 years), brand strategy and multi-brand portfolio management.
- Creativity is in your blood. You have passion for design and premium quality.
- A team player that loves to work with passionate people. You believe that diversity is a strength that brings out the best plans thanks to different points of view. You understand cultural differences and thrive in an international environment.
- You are well aware of a ‘digital first’ approach when building the brands of tomorrow.
- You have a ‘can-do' attitude and deliver against promise. You constantly challenge the status quo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Other languages are a nice to have.
