Looking for an exciting career opportunity in brand management in a dynamic international context? For our division Unilin Flooring, we are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to bring the Quick-Step brand to new heights as Global Brand Manager Quick-Step.
As Brand Manager Quick-Step, you are responsible for gathering and analyzing market & brand performance as well as consumer and customer insights. You’ll use these insights to translate it in growth opportunities for the brand defining and bringing to life the global brand strategy for Quick-Step. You will lead external creative partners and be part of the Quick-Step Global Brand team.
Your other essential responsibilities include:
- Developing global brand campaigns and translate these campaigns and brand ideas towards various execution formats depending on the optimized off
- and online marketing mix.
- You’ll manage the implementation of the agreed local geo marketing plan in close collaboration with the countries.
- You’ll bring our innovations & new collections on a relevant, impactful & ownable way to the market by:
- defining their value proposition
- defining the go to market strategy
- providing the right tools to the local teams to make them a success
You will be based in Wielsbeke, reporting to the Brand Director Quick-Step.

- You are a brand lover & business marketeer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management.
- You are a strategic thinker that thinks in concepts with a strong customer and consumer focus.
- You are able to manage budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
- You understand cultural differences and thrive in an international environment.
- You have a ‘can-do' attitude and deliver against promise. You constantly challenge the status quo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Excellent communicator and teamplayer that understands the power of collaboration and good in stakeholder management.
