**Welke uitdagingen staan er op jou te wachten?**:
Als Business Designer ga je aan de hand van de lean startup methode op zoek naar nieuwe waardeproposities om Helan als welzijnsgroep op de kaart te zetten én zorgbehoevenden vandaag én morgen nog beter te ondersteunen.
- Je valideert assumpties bij de doelgroep door hypotheses op te stellen en visuele experimenten vorm te geven.
- Je observeert klantgedragingen en vertaalt deze in nieuwe inzichten.
- Je bouwt prototypes om je idee tastbaar te maken en schaaft deze bij tot de ideale nieuwe helan dienstverlening.
- Je stelt een plan van aanpak op en zorgt voor de uitrol van pilootprojecten.

Je maakt deel uit van het bredere innovatieteam en je rapporteert aan de Directeur Innovatie en Welzijn.

**Jouw sterkste skills...**:

- Je kan minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in digitalisering, technologie en innovatie.
- Je bent een uitstekende verbinder en houdt als teamplayer rekening met alle partijen om samen in beweging te komen.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en projectmatig.
- Je hebt voeling met of interesse in de zorgsector en de uitdagingen waar die voor staat.
- Je bent een echte ambassadeur voor onze organisatie.
