**Reason for the role**:

- As our global growth continues you will align our designers across our product and marketing teams and make sure we have a common design goal that's exciting, consistent and usable.**Tasks and responsibilities**:
"CEO" of the design organisation
-Provide a creative vision not just for the design team but the whole organization
-Establish processes and practices for realizing that vision, and set the bar for quality
-Contribute to the development of brand definition
-Lead the designers and let them grow
-Define and prioritise what our design team deliverers
-Set quarterly goals and KPI's they want to impact
-Hire, train and lead a team of Designers

**Job Requirements**:
Proven exposure leading a cross-functional team of designers
-Strong experience operating in a fast-growth environment
-Experience creating strategy and process
-Excellent communication skills collaborating with global team members
-Demonstrated career exposure with a SAAS or technology business
