Process & Product Developer
Wij willen ons wandbekledingsdepartement bij Flocart NV versterken met een **Process & Product Developer**. De wandbekledingen van Flocart staan bekend om hun hoogwaardige productie, de variatie in technieken, unieke materialen en een persoonlijke aanpak richting onze klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen. We combineren nieuwe innovaties met ambachtelijke processen om uiterst esthetische en eersteklas producten te creëren. Printen, lamineren, embossing, sublimatie, flocken, enz... zijn slechts enkele van onze interne vaardigheden. Al onze producten worden in België vervaardigd met respect voor het milieu.
Als **Process & Product Developer**sla je de brug tussen Design en Productie.
Je werkt voornamelijk in onze productieomgeving van het wandbekledingsdepartement, waar je een creatief ontwerp vertaalt naar productietechnieken en -processen.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar technische specificaties.
- Je werkt kleurvarianten uit in het laboratorium.
- Je voert tests uit, doet simulaties en volgt de uitvoering ervan op in samenwerking met leveranciers en partners.
- Je beheert de technische specificaties van ontwerp tot de eerste productierun (codering en archivering).
- Je stelt proactief verbeteringen/optimalisaties voor en bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie ervan op het gebied van productiemethoden.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de Productieverantwoordelijke en de Account Manager.
- Je rapporteert aan de Operationeel Verantwoordelijke.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs (Bachelor/Master) in productontwikkeling, grafisch ontwerp of textieldesign.
- Je bent vertrouwd met Photoshop en digitale printtechnieken.
- Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in een technische productieomgeving.
- Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor kleur, trends en esthetisch design, maar je vindt het vooral leuk om dit te vertalen naar technieken en processen.
- Je begrijpt de uitdagingen van de productieverantwoordelijke.
- Je bent ondernemend en hands-on.
- Je bent communicatief, dynamisch en flexibel.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit in alle aspecten.
