Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de **auto sector.**
Als **Financial Controller** zal u volgende **verantwoordelijkheden** hebben:
- Opvolging en evaluatie van het G/L team in Vilvoorde
- Ontwikkelen van een sterk & professioneel team
- Beheer van de maandelijkse USGAAP rapporteringsproces and de voorbereiding van de lokale statutaire rekeningen. Rapporteren in het Nederlands/Frans en USGAAP.
- Coördineren van externe en interne audit en
- Uitvoeren en coördineren van een sterk systeem van interne controles op de financiële verslaggeving (SOX)
- Identificeren en oplossen van problemen op het gebied van de boekhouding & rapportering
- Leiden en deelnemen aan projecten op het gebied van financiële boekhouding en rapportering
- De manager ondersteunen/vervangen in zijn verantwoordelijkheden
- Rapporteren van cijfers en variantieanalyse met budget en vorige maand.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie van **Financial Controller** zijn:
- 4 jaar ervaring in accounting/rapporteringsfunctie,
- Ervaring met USGAAP is een pluspunt
- Hands-on ervaring met financiële accounting en rapporteringsprocessen in een dynamisch internationale omgeving
- Inzicht in de lokale wettelijke rapportering en belastingvereisten in België
- Ervaring met rapportering in verschillende boekhoudkundige richtlijnen
- Team builder, sterke people manager
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
