SD Worx is specialized in human resources management providing a full-service offer to its clients: Payroll, HR and Tax & Legal advice.

The HR Center of excellence provides services towards it’s (internal) customers in 3 main areas: Learning, Talent & culture and Reward, systems & analytics.

The Learning Academy team within the Center of Excellence wants to stimulate and support a continuous, innovative and sustainable learning culture with learning solutions that are independent of language, place and time.

To achieve language, place and time independent learnings, the Learning Academy offers a wide variety of solutions, ranging from technical/instrumental training to leadership development:

- A high-quality training catalogue (both classroom and e-learning) to meet the individual learning needs of our employees
- Training solutions for various functional domains, segments and/or teams, that are aligned with the strategic pillars of the organization
- End-to-end creation / development of SD Worx specific e-learnings

As our HR learning architect, it will be your job to ensure the happiness of our internal client and make our employees grow so that they reach their own and our companies targets. You will play a key role in the entire end to end learning process, from need identification, over design and creation of new and existing learning solutions. Throughout this entire process you will have contact with many different stakeholders (primarily within SD worx staffing & career solutions, active in Belgium & The Netherlands)

**Tasks / Assignments package**:

- Perform training needs analysis for individuals or entire teams/businesses
- Set up of career paths & training tracks
- Set up of onboarding tracks
- The management, annual layout and keeping up to date of the corporate training calendar
- Measuring the profitability and the effective number of participants per workshop and location
- Following up on local (country) subvention files
- Direct point of contact for questions from employees and managers regarding the general and individual training offer
- Following up planning, internal and external trainers, material, evaluations and aftercare
- The written and oral communication to the organization about the entire training curriculum.
- Supporting the business in the digitization of their new and existing training offer :create e-learnings, instructional videos.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget: Make a realistic project planning, based on milestones, stick to it and report back on this planning
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of training projects

**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for the set up, maintenance & creation of a designated part of the SD Worx training catalogue
- Responsible for designing & implementing learning paths & career tracks
- You maintain, together with the colleagues of the team, the administrative setup and follow-up of the Learning Academy.

**Expectations Experience & Knowledge**
- You hold minimum a bachelor's degree, preferably in behavioral sciences
- You have an experience in a similar advisory role concerning learning, preferably in an international context
- You are an expert in creating top Customer Experience: You are assertive and proactive towards employees and managers and you help them with a smile
- Experience with processes (drawing, improving)
- Affinity with automation of HR Processes and tools.
- You are curious, want to continuously learn, AND also you like to pass this knowledge to your environment
- You are communicative: you master Dutch, French and English (both spoken and written). Other languages are a plus
- You continuously want to improve our work processes to the benefit of our internal customer
- You want to contribute actively to the digitization of our training offer
- You are able to work independently as well as in a team
- You have a growth mindset, both for yourself and your environment
- You are well known for your flexibility and stress resistance

**Team and reporting lines**
- You will work within the HR Center of Excellence Team (20 people)
- Your direct colleagues are based in Belgium and Mauritius
- You will report into the learning manager
- The sky is the limit: your team will catch you if you fall
