**Position Overview**:
SD Worx is seeking an International Learning Development Manager to lead and evolve our internal Learning & Development (L&D) team. This pivotal role involves driving the development of our L&D initiatives across our global offices, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and delivering exceptional training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor the internal L&D team, comprising approximately 7 professionals.
- Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Maintain and expand relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various regions.
- Identify global market needs and develop innovative learning solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments within SD Worx to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our learning initiatives.
- Manage the budget and profitability of the L&D unit.
- Willingness to travel internationally to various SD Worx locations for team collaboration and program implementation.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven experience in L&D and talent development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly build trust and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Innovative and current with global trends in L&D.
- Higher education degree and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch and French being advantageous.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as required.
