What you’ll do:
As Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning experience by managing the logístical aspects of training delivery and ensuring the accuracy of information in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Detailed description: This is a key position within the Learning & Development department, responsible for supporting daily activities, processes and learning colleagues while delivering best in class solutions to continue to build an expert workforce that can deliver on the Region/Business Unit’s strategic priorities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate logístical activities for learning programs including maintaining a regional learning calendar, scheduling courses and instructors, ensuring location availability, communicating details to business partners, confirming participant enrolment, and ensuring data accuracy in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Perform procurement activities in a cost-conscious manner and process purchasing transactions for training items and activities, in accordance with Aggreko’s Procurement Policy
- Support employees with LMS and learning system queries via Workday cases by verifying and troubleshooting issues and escalating unresolvable issues to the Systems Administrators
- Identify and propose opportunities for improving learning operations, processes, and administrative efficiency
Key performance indicators
- Accuracy of reports and work
- Resolution time of workday cases
- Adherence to budget spend and reporting
Location: This is a hybrid position minimum of 3 days per week in the office
What we’re looking for
- Detailed-oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience using learning management systems, competency management systems, or human resource systems
- Able to work proactively and autonomously on multiple projects
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
