Voor de versterking van DELA’s Funerals Management Team zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren_ Quality Development Manager_.

Quality Development Manager

Je ontwikkelt en implementeert inhoudelijke proposities binnen Funerals en neemt de aansturing hiervan op je. Je formuleert en bewaakt een effectieve strategie en beleid met betrekking tot kwaliteit, Learning & Development, IT-ontwikkeling en innovaties. Hiermee zorg je ervoor dat DELA’s uitvaartactiviteiten voldoen aan hoge kwaliteitseisen en bijdragen aan de strategische doelstellingen.
- Jouw verantwoordelijkheden_
- Strategie rond Quality, L&D en IT - Het ontwikkelen en vertalen van de strategie naar een jaarlijks plan per subteam.
Proces
- en kwaliteitsmanagement - het waarborgen van een klantgericht proces
- en kwaliteitsmanagement, inclusief het behandelen van klachten en incidenten. Je garandeert effectief procesbeheer voor zowel operationele als administratieve processen, met een focus op risicobeheersing en de uitvoering van kwaliteitscontroles.
- Learning en Development binnen de Funerals Academy - je draagt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het ontwerpen, implementeren en bewaken van de diverse leer
- en ontwikkelprogramma’s. Je vertaalt leerbehoeften per functie naar passende curricula, en monitort de effectiviteit hiervan.
- IT-coördinatie & Informatiebeheer - je draagt business verantwoordelijkheid voor het databeheer en IT-systemen binnen DELA Funerals. Je stuurt de IT-gebruiksondersteuning en het applicatiebeheer aan, stelt IT-prioriteiten vast en vertaalt deze naar een jaarlijks developmentplan.
- People
- en teammanagement - Aansturen en coachen van een team van 10 ervaren professionals en bijdragen aan hun verdere competentieontwikkeling.
- Project
- en changemanagement - Initiëren en ondersteunen van projecten en change-initiatieven die afdelingen overstijgen.

Ben je een ervaren manager met een brede ervaring in Quality-, Process Management en/of interne audit?
- Je hebt een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardige ervaring) en mínimaal 10 jaar business-ervaring.
- Leidinggevende ervaring en het coachen van teams is essentieel.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans.
- Idealiter tik je ook de volgende competenties als jouw sterktes_
- Visie ontwikkelen: Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en denkt conceptueel. Je vertaalt ideeën naar praktische richtlijnen die je met je team realiseert.
- Business-inzicht & organisatorische vaardigheden - Je behoudt steeds het overzicht & schakelt vlot tussen prioriteiten;
- Proactieve mindset: Je toont ondernemerschap in je projecten, met een kritische, constructieve en positieve houding.
- People management: Je weet je team te inspireren en in te zetten op hun persoonlijke groei, terwijl je dankzij je veranderingsflexibiliteit de verdere professionalisering van DELA ondersteunt.
