As a Paralegal Corporate Officer, your responsibilities will include amongst other:

- Providing administrative support to clients with the drafting of legal documents (e.g. corporate minutes for board of director or general assembly), correspondence, and reports.
- Maintaining corporate clients’ records and registrations up-to-date, in compliance with various laws and regulations (KBO, UBO, NBB, etc.)
- Manage and maintain internal legal documentation and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Participating in the KYC/AML duties towards clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for legal matters.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Supporting in the organization and preparation of meetings, and corporate events.
- Assisting in the management of corporate governance matters, including board meetings, resolutions, and filings.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents and data.

**Qualifications** Your profile**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Law (or higher), obtained in Belgium.
- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in similar role, preferably within a law firm or a notarial office.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken), with French considered a plus.
- You are seen as rigorous, proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues.
- You are proficient with MS Office suit (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams) and an understanding of the importance of database considered a plus.
- You like working within a team and daily challenges.

**Occupation**:

- Ideally full-time but part-time possible (not less than 3/5).
