Pour l'un de ses clients, Robert Half est à la recherche d'un **Customer Service Officer (h-f-x)** dynamique et orienté solutions. Il s'agit d'un remplacement de congé de maternité urgent jusque minimum fin mars 2024.

Notre client, situé proche de Rixensart, est leader sur son marché et prône une atmosphère de travail saine.

Les responsabilités pour ce poste de **Customer Service Officer (h-f-x**) seront les suivantes:

- vous trouvez des **solutions** aux clients et anticipez leurs questions afin de leur offrir le meilleur service ;
- vous dispatchez les lignes téléphoniques vers un autre collègue si la question est très technique ;
- vous encodez les **commandes **dans l'**ERP** et vous informez au mieux le client sur le **stock** disponible, le **délai de livraison** et le **planning de distribution**.

Les qualifications requises pour ce poste de **Customer Service Officer (h-f-x**) sont les suivantes:

- vous êtes **organisé(e)** de nature et vous vous investissez dans le travail ;
- vous êtes **optimiste** et **orienté(e) solution** ;
- vous aimez communiquez et satisfaire le client ;
- vous avez une bonne **gestion du stress** ;
- vous avez beaucoup **d'énergie positive** et vous la transmettez aux autres ;
- vous n'hésitez pas à proposer des améliorations pour améliorer la façon de travailler ;
- vous connaissez la **suite Office**. La connaissance d'un **ERP** est un réel plus ;
- vous avez une excellente connaissance du **néerlandais** et du **français **;
- vous êtes **disponible immédiatement**.
