**IT Technician**
- Paradigm is de instelling van openbaar nut die verantwoordelijk is voor de digitalisering van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Wij ondersteunen onze klanten - de Brusselse openbare instellingen - _in_ hun digitale _transitie_._ Werken voor Paradigm betekent een reële impact hebben op het dagelijkse leven van de Brusselaars._
- Als_**_ IT Technician_**_ werk je als Paradigm-medewerker bij onze partner, de COCOF (Franse Gemeenschapscommissie), die verantwoordelijk is voor het goedkeuren en reguleren van allerlei zaken die betrekking hebben op het dagelijks leven van de 900.000 Franstalige inwoners van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest: beroepsopleiding, schoolvervoer, onderwijs, hulp aan personen met een handicap, sociale zaken, gezondheid, sociale cohesie en cultuur._
- Je zal deel uitmaken van het Paradigm-team dat bestaat uit meerdere specialisten die instaan voor verschillende vakgebieden._
**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
Als IT Techncian zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
- installeren en configureren van hardware (pc's, laptops, printers, scanners, smartphones,...) en software (besturingssystemen, applicaties, office tools,...);
- uitvoeren van de basisinterventies op de Active Directory en Azure AD: gebruikersbeheer, wachtwoorden en beveiligingsgroepen,...;
- ondersteuning bieden en ook zorgen voor het preventieve en evolutieve onderhoud van deze apparatuur;
- gebruikers ondersteunen bij het in gebruik nemen van hardware en software; waar nodig bijstand verlenen;
- IT-apparatuur installeren, bijwerken en testen;
- complexere incidenten diagnosticeren en afhandelen;
- back-up, opslag en archivering van gegevens uitvoeren;
- de evolutie van diverse apparatuur en tools volgen;
- inventariseren van de apparatuur, invoeren van de desbetreffende gegevens en toezicht houden op de toewijzing ervan;
- uitvoeren van de basisinterventies in de Active Directory en beheer van de Microsoft 365 tenant;
- ervoor zorgen dat je technische kennis up-to-date blijft en je kennis delen...
**Je ervaring en competenties**:
- Bij voorkeur bachelor in de richting IT.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Beheersing van de besturingssystemen (Windows 10, 11).
- Kennis van softwaretools (GLPI, OCS, enz.).
- Algemene kennis van hardware (demontage, reparatie, gegevensherstel, enz.).
- Kennis van kantoortoepassingen (Open Office, MS Office, Microsoft 365).
- Franstalig of een zeer goede kennis van het Frans; kennis van het Engels wordt gewaardeerd...
