Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies:
Als IT Technician zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:

- Je voert installatie-, configuratie
- en monitoringstaken uit voor IT-apparatuur, hun randapparatuur, software en je zorgt ervoor dat deze up-to-date zijn
- Je verleent tweedelijnsondersteuning aan gebruikers (ITIL-aanpak) en zorgt voor preventief en schaalbaar onderhoud van apparatuur
- Je voert diagnostiek uit en handelt diverse incidenten af
- Je implementeert, monitort en neemt de nodige herstelacties voor bepaalde diensten (Backup, Antivirus,...)
- Je beheert bepaalde Active Directory-kanalen en fileservers
- Je werkt mee aan kwaliteitsverbetering (bijvoorbeeld door terugkerende problemen onder de aandacht te brengen of documentatie bij te werken)
- Je neemt deel aan het beheer van de inventaris, de voorraad en de opvolging van de bestellingen van materiaal Ook ondersteun je ICT-projecten

Jij, onze toekomstige collega:

- Je hebt mínimaal een opleiding pc-technicus.
- Je hebt goede kennis van Beheer en ondersteuning van Microsoft server 2016/2019, Active Directory en GP systemen
- Je hebt een goede kennis van netwerken (LAN, WAN, DNS, enz.) en protocollen (TCP/IP, enz.)
- Je hebt kennis van het gebruik en de configuratie van smartphones en tablets (Android, iOS)

Van je vele kwaliteiten waarderen wij vooral je klantgerichtheid, je organisatorische vaardigheden en je leergierigheid
