Ben jij een **technisch generalist** met een passie voor het **begeleiden** en **adviseren** van **gebouwen** gedurende het gehele **bouwproces,** van uitvoering tot exploitatie? Wat ga je doen?
- Je maakt deel uit van ons **Commissioning** (consultancy) **team** en hebt een generalistisch technisch profiel. Je voelt je comfortabel met zowel tec**h**nische als **administratieve begeleiding** en **advies.**:

- Je fungeert als **aanspreekpunt** voor de klant en andere betrokken partijen in het project.
- Je **bewaakt** de **kwaliteit** van de **technische installaties** en zorgt ervoor dat ze voldoen aan de ontwerp
- en comforteisen die de opdrachtgever heeft gesteld.
- Bij gebouwen in exploitatie of renovatie onderzoek je hoe technische installaties **geoptimaliseerd** kunnen worden op het gebied van duurzaamheid, gebruikspatronen en comfort, met speciale aandacht voor **energie-efficiëntie.** Je identificeert quick-wins op korte termijn en stelt een langetermijnvisie op.
- Door middel van **audits** evalueer je de technische installaties en stel je een meerjaren onderhouds
- en investeringsplan op.
