Wij zijn op zoek naar een preventieadviseur/Wel-being expert voor het team Well-being, of iemand die bereid is de opleiding te volgen. (Het afronden van de opleiding en het behalen van het diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 is een voorwaarde voor het verkrijgen van de titel Preventieadviseur).

Hou je van een team waar samenwerken, positieve ingesteldheid, het belang van het team en transparante feedback de sleutel zijn naar succes? Dan ben je bij ons aan het goede adres om als preventieadviseur de welzijnswet om te zetten in de praktijk.
Hoe jij kan bijdragen tot het welzijn van je collega’s:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk, in overleg met de nationaal preventieadviseur, voor de implementatie van het welzijnsbeleid.
- Je onderhoudt hiertoe alle contacten met externe en interne betrokkenen, die je hierbij zullen ondersteunen.
- Je bent back-up van de preventieadviseurs in de andere regio’s
- Je zorgt voor het onderhoud van de noodprocedures, de organisatie van de eerste interventieploegen en organiseert de jaarlijkse ontruimingsoefening van de vestigingen waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent.
- Je voert risicoanalyses uit, doet analyses van arbeidsongevallen en doet voorstellen voor de preventiemaatregelen, zowel op technisch als op psychosociaal vlak.
- Je formuleert adviezen betreffende de organisatie van arbeidsplaatsen, werkposten, omgevingsfactoren, fysische, chemische, carcinogene en biologische agentia, arbeidsmiddelen en individuele uitrusting. Je geeft ook advies bij tijdelijke en mobiele werkplaatsen.
- Je neemt actief deel aan het comité preventie en bescherming en verzorgt hiervan ook de voorbereiding en opvolging.
- Je hebt interesse in alle domeinen van het welzijnsbeleid d.w.z. arbeidsveiligheid, gezondheid, ergonomie, psychosociale aspecten en hygiëne.
**Jouw Profiel**
Profiel:
- Je hebt een opleiding preventieadviseur niveau 2 of bent bereid deze te volgen.
- Je hebt een opleiding tot vertrouwenspersoon gevolgd of bent bereid deze te volgen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Je bent voor alles een teamspeler met positieve ingesteldheid, die er toch in lukt om in sterke mate zelfstandig en projectmatig te werken.
- Je zorgt voor duidelijke en onderbouwde communicatie.
- Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld
- Je hebt een degelijke kennis van beide landstalen (mondeling en schriftelijk) en een basiskennis van het Engels.
