**DE JOB**:
Als SAP BI Designer maak je deel uit van één van volgende teams dat het SAP BI/BW platform ondersteunt en nieuwe rapporten creëert en/of bestaande rapporten aanpast.
- Het Supply & Maintenance BI-team ondersteunt de BI diensten op het vlak van: beheer van de toeleveringsketen, aankoopbeheer, bevoorradingsstromen en onderhoud van de spoorweginfrastructuur.
- Het team BCC (Business Competence Center) Finance ondersteunt de BI diensten m.b.t. financiële diensten.

Volgende taken behoren tot je takenpakket:

- Je neemt regelmatig contact op met de gebruikers om hun behoeften inzake BI-reporting zorgvuldig te analyseren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de modellering van data (die worden opgevraagd uit SAP) om de gebruikers oplossingen aan te reiken, en leeft daarbij de vooraf vastgelegde ontwikkelingsstandaarden voor de Business Intelligence na.
- Je gebruikt geschikte, visuele elementen (grafieken...) om de data voor te stellen aan de gebruikers en je houdt daarbij rekening met hun behoeften.
- Afhankelijk van de complexiteit van de behoefte van de gebruiker maak je ofwel op terugkerende basis complexe rapporten op, of ontwikkel je eenvoudige rapporten die hij zelf kan verwerken met query’s.
- Je levert advies betreffende het technische ontwerp en de architectuur, maar ook over systeemupgrades.
- Je verzekert een ondersteuning voor de eindgebruikers.
- Waar mogelijk, detecteer je mogelijke synergiën tussen de behoeften van de verschillende gebruikers.
- Je stemt je activiteiten continu af op de bedrijfsstrategie, enerzijds, en op de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in Business Intelligence anderzijds.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- **Je hebt een masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.**:

- **Je hebt professionele ervaring in Business Intelligence, idealiter met SAP BW. Indien je hier geen ervaring in hebt, ben je bereid om snel bij te leren.**:

- **Kennis van SAP Hana is een pluspunt**.
- Functionele ervaring met Supply & Maintenance processen of de functionele ervaring binnen het domein finance, en de bijbehorende SAP modules is een pluspunt.
- Je bent altijd gemotiveerd door het contact met de gebruikers. U luistert actief naar uw contacten om hun behoeften volledig te begrijpen.
- Je hebt uitstekende analytische en synthetische vaardigheden.
- Je werkt graag in een team en draagt bij tot een gemeenschappelijk doel, maar je weet ook hoe je zelfstandig moet werken.
- Je bent in staat uw activiteiten zelfstandig te plannen en prioriteiten te stellen in een soms veranderende context.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands en hebt een goede praktische kennis van de andere taal, voldoende om de behoefte van een gebruiker in zijn of haar eigen taal te begrijpen. Je beheerst ook voldoende het Engels.

Het BCC (Business Competence Center) Finance is het ICT-team binnen Infrabel dat verantwoordelijk is voor de ondersteuning van de eindgebruikers en het in standhouden van de SAP Finance applicatie.
Als SAP BI Designer zal je deel uit maken van het BI Competence Center (sub-team van het BCC Finance) dat het SAP BI/BW platform ondersteunt en nieuwe rapporten creëert en/of bestaande rapporten aanpast.

**Onze burelen bevinden zich vlakbij het station Brussel-Zuid. Tevens is telewerk mogelijk (3 dagen/week).**
