Als jong, dynamisch en groeiend bedrijf in de rekruteringssector is Skillflex op zoek naar een gedreven Recruitment Consultant voor regio Brussel.

Bij Skillflex zijn we dagelijks in de weer om het juiste profiel te matchen aan de vacatures bij onze klanten. Dat vraagt inzicht, inzet, commerciële vaardigheden, pro-activiteit en de kunst om het hoofd koel te houden. Het is telkens weer een hele uitdaging, maar de kick die je krijgt van een juiste match is waar we het voor doen

- kennis om je uit te drukken in het Engels en spreek je een woordje Frans
- ervaring in de uitzendsector of rekrutering

Dan ben jij het HR-Sales talent waar wij naar op zoek zijn
- Taken:
- Via verschillende kanalen zoek je naar kandidaten die open staan voor een nieuwe uitdaging.
- Je zorgt voor de perfecte match tussen klant en kandidaat.
- Je publiceert proactief vacatures op Social Media (Facebook/Linked-In/Twitter).
- Je begeleidt inschrijvingen van nieuwe kandidaten en na afronding handel je deze administratief af.
- Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken uit en geschikte kandidaten stel je voor aan de klant.
- Je ondersteunt je collega's in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, zoals opvolgingen en administratieve taken.
- Je verdiept je in de markt en in je specialisatie waardoor je het verschil kan maken.
- Je hebt ervaring met administratie en arbeids
- en sociale wetgeving

Kwalificaties
- Bachelor-diploma of ervaring met gelijkwaardig denkniveau kunnen voorleggen
- Commerciële feeling en positieve ingesteldheid
- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een plus
- Perfecte beheersing van de Nederlanse taal in woord en geschrift en goede kennis van het Engels
- Goede kennis en interesse van social media en beheer ervan: Facebook, Linked-In,.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office
- Sterke administratieve vaardigheden
- Commerciële en klantgerichte houding
- Can-do en no-nonsense mentaliteit
- Representatief voorkomen
