Service & Delivery Remote Sites Project Coordinator

**Description**:
This role is part of our IT&D improvement program to manage an increasing numbers of projects through standardisation and implementation of a preventative replacement program for end of life devices at our remote sites
**Topic/content**
1) Working with remote site team, Establish project management process to visualize & assess requests 2)Manage projects implementation and the transfer of support activities to daily business support teams at the end of projects.
3)Monitor & report performance of daily activities & projects of our support partners and to identify areas for improvement and encourage them to develop solutions
4) Establish the current situation of hardware assets & implementation of a regular renewal program for hardware
5) Actively execute financial tasks in our systems
**Delivery**
2) Approved IT&D procedure established with remote site services team & Computacenter for project transfer
4a)Using Service Now, accurate overview of Hardware assets across remote sites & make corrections where required.
4b) Preventative replacement program in place & operational for remote sites devices.
5) All operations related to ORACLE finance system for remote site responsibilities
**Profile**
**Core competency skill**
You are fluent in **English **(our business language)
You have a university or master degree
You have experience (3-5 Years) in an IT project delivery environment / IT support processes / working with IT support partners.
You have strong planning, organisation, co-ordination, communication skills & enjoy working as part of a team
