- Jij wordt een professionele matchmaker Als consultant in het team Rekrutering & Selectie, beheer je je rekruteringsopdrachten van A tot Z. Je vult vacatures in van experten, junior en middle management profielen in diverse sectoren in de regio Brussel en Vlaams Brabant. Je komt met veel mensen in contact en krijgt inkijk in hoe functies in verschillende bedrijven worden ingevuld.
- Je beheert autonoom alle stappen in het rekruteringsproces. Je neemt de tijd voor een degelijk intake gesprek met je klant, zodat je alle facetten van de job en de verwachtingen goed begrijpt. Je schrijft een advertentie die je via een digitale recruitment "push" campagne tot bij je doelgroep brengt. Onze samenwerking met digital recruitment marketing experten zorgt ervoor dat jouw vacature zichtbaar wordt op de juiste kanalen.
- Uiteraard is het fijn als kandidaten zelf reageren op onze advertenties, maar een belangrijk deel van je job bestaat uit het zoeken en aanspreken van kandidaten die voldoen aan de functiecriteria en aan de cultuur van de nieuwe werkplek. Je leert je weg vinden om de meest efficiënte sourcing strategie toe te passen en beschikt daarvoor over moderne sourcing tools die jou in contact kunnen brengen met potentiële kandidaten. Na je contactname met potentiële kandidaten, doe je zelf je interviews met geïnteresseerden en presenteer je de beste kandidaten aan je klant. Het assessment met eindkandidaten wordt uitgevoerd door je ervaren gecertifieerde HR collega's. Zodra je je job autonoom kan uitvoeren onder begeleiding, zal je geleidelijk aan ook zelf mee worden betrokken bij de uitvoering van assessments voor klanten.
- Samen met het Brusselse R&S team, denk je na over businessopportuniteiten, zoek je actief naar manieren om vernieuwend te zijn en neem je extra projecten op die je blik verruimen en die jou een nog betere gesprekspartner maken voor kandidaten en klanten. We denken bij Hudson ook over de business units heen en zo leer je verschillende facetten van HR consultancy kennen zodat je je klanten breed kan informeren.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma en minimum 3 jaar professionele ervaring in rekrutering en selectie, in de bedrijfswereld of als consultant.
- Je houdt ervan een opdracht vast te pakken en durft verder te denken dan wat voor de hand ligt. Jij ziet kansen en mogelijkheden en gaat voor resultaat.
- Je houdt ervan veel met mensen in contact te zijn en connecteert vlot met kandidaten en klanten.
- Je denkt commercieel mee. Je gaat voor lange termijnrelaties en blijft in contact.
- Je bent een dynamisch persoon, iemand die autonomie naar waarde schat, kritisch denkt en een standpunt durft in te nemen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een absolute plus.
- Je ontdekt de boeiende wereld van onze HR tools en neemt stappen om jezelf in te werken in de Hudson methodologie.
- Je doorloopt een individueel groeitraject op jouw eigen tempo en op maat van wie je bent.
- Je verbreedt je HR kennis doorheen het verrijkende aanbod van trainingen dat Hudson voor jou in petto heeft.
- Je leert er niet alleen de organisatie en je collega's beter kennen, je ontmoet ook boeiende collega's uit andere afdelingen met wie je samen voor onze klanten echt het verschil kan maken. Je leert ook de rijkdom kennen van de instrumenten die binnen onze organisatie zelf ontwikkeld zijn.
- Je werkt autonoom en krijgt veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en mee het verschil te maken. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team met veel zin om te groeien en werkt er in een sfeer van vertrouwen en collegialiteit.
