Electronic Design Technician

**des activités et responsabilités**
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de spécification de Hw (Hardware) & Architecture
- Contribuer au développement d’éléments de Hw (Hardware):
- Réaliser la conception détaillée des éléments Hw (cartes, mécaniques, Logiques programmables) en décrivant ses choix techniques et en fournissant les justifications de la conformité à travers des simulations ou du maquettage.
- Définir des plans généraux pour les parties mécaniques.
- Définir des schémas électroniques (fonctions, thermique, timing, CEM, redondance sécuritaire) sur base de spécifications fonctionnelles ou de reverse engineering.
- Définir des nomenclatures (BoM).
- Définir les contraintes CAO pour la conception de PCB (circuit imprimé).
- Définir les matériaux utilisés avec le support de l'équipe d'industrialisation.
- Garantir la fabricabilité de la conception avec le support de l'équipe d'industrialisation.
- Suivre la conception de PCB et la création des fichiers de fabrication.
- Assurer le suivi de l’approvisionnement des composants Hw nécessaires pour les cartes prototype.
- Suivre la réalisation des prototypes et les tester.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre du Sw (software) nécessaire pour le test des éléments Hw.
- Préparer et exécuter des tests de vérification Hw avant ceux formellement exécutés par une équipe de Vérification & Validation.
- Mettre la définition technique Hw sous gestion de la configuration.
- Support aux tests de qualification environnementaux.
- Support aux tests d’intégration Hw/Hw et Hw/Sw avec le support du concepteur Sw.
- S’assurer de la non-obsolescence des composants électroniques utilisés et gérer l’obsolescence le cas échéant.
- Assurer l’expertise et le support technique aux équipes des pièces de rechange et des réparations.
- Assurer l’expertise et le support technique à nos clients pour les systèmes de signalisation
- Assurer le support aux activités SLI (documentations et formations de maintenance / opération).
- Appliquez les processus « Métiers » et les normes applicables.
- Contribuez à l'amélioration continue (Retour sur expérience, processus)

**Profil**
**Formation/Expérience**
Bachelier technique (électronique) avec idéalement une expérience de plus de 5 ans dans une fonction équivalente en milieu industriel.
**Connaissance et compétences**
- **Technique**:
- Connaissance avancée en électronique analogique et numérique
- Connaissance de base en VHDL.
- Connaissance de base en développement logiciel (C, Assembleur ou autre)
- Connaissance de base d’outils de conception assistée par ordinateur et de simulation
- Anglais : niveau intermédiaire B1 (capable de lire, de rédiger des documents et discussions)
- Utilisation d’appareils de contrôle et de mesure tels que testeur, multimètre, oscilloscope, analyseur logique, générateur de fonction, enregistreur
- Aptitude à la résolution de problèmes techniques par:
- Analyse technique
- Instrumentation du système / produit
- Recommandation et mise en place d’actions correctives
- MS Office : niveau opérationnel
- **Comportementale**:
- Communiquer de manière factuelle, synthétique et transparente les informations nécessaires au déroulement de l’activité
- Capacité d’adaptation aux nouveaux outils et à l’emploi de nouvelles technologies

Déplacements possibles à l’étranger pour de courtes périodes.
