Description**
- You are responsible for handling and managing automotive claims files, as well as defending the interests of clients;
- Customer-oriented solutions are important to achieve a positive result;
- As a claims manager you will have to deal with internal and external contacts such as insured persons, offices, experts, lawyers,...
These contacts are approached in the most customer-friendly way whereby you make internal agreements but also respect the agreements with the client.**
Profile**
- You already have experience and know better than anyone how to put your acquired knowledge into practice;
- You have a bachelor or master degree in Law Practice or Finance and Insurance;
- You have an excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and a good knowledge of English;
- You are proactive and take the necessary actions to bring dossiers to a successful conclusion;
- You have a great capacity for empathy;
- You work quickly and efficiently;
- You have excellent communication skills and you negotiate easily with clients, experts and other external parties.
