Wat zien we als belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden van jou:
- Je houdt een **sterke customer focus**. Connecteren met klanten is voor jou geen probleem om hun uitgesproken en onuitgesproken noden te achterhalen.
- Voor de externe projecten neem jij **ownership over opstart en implementatie** van onboarding processen bij klanten. Ook ben je continue bezig met verbetering van deze processen om de klantentevredenheid te maximaliseren.
- In **presales fase** word je betrokken bij het geven van demo’s bij klanten. Daarnaast ondersteun je het sales team om technisch advies en bijstand te geven.
- Je verdiept jezelf in onze Suivo softwaretoepassingen en andere Enterprise Mobility Management Software (o.a. Soti).
- Je zorgt voor planning, organisatie en opvolging van de verschillende onboarding processen.
- Bij je opstart draai je deels mee in first line support om alle Suivo oplossingen te leren kennen d.w.z. het analyseren van support aanvragen en het opstellen van aanbevelingen voor verbeteringen van het product.
- Je bent lid van het Customer Succes Team.

We zoeken een positief ingestelde, leuke collega met een passie voor IoT en Software.
- Een hogere opleiding in IT/ICT, computer of industrial engineering.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een customer success functie/ first of second line.
- Een leergierige persoonlijkheid en passie voor technologie past in ons team.
- Ownership en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen; je houdt hierbij rekening met de belangen van je klanten.
- Vanzelfsprekend is klantvriendelijkheid en gedrevenheid een grote sterkte. Je toont een flexibele werkhouding en werkt grondig en nauwkeurig.
- Je bent een communicatieve, enthousiaste en hulpvaardige persoon die complexe vraagstukken niet uit de weg gaat.
- Je kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Ook een goede kennis van Frans en Engels is vereist.
