Introduction
Talent acquisition professional with a marketing background who know how to find great talent by creating effective job ads, multimedia materials and leveraging the right channels to promote them.
**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- Degree in Marketing, Business administration, Human Resources studies or related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Notable experience and in-depth knowledge of Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies;
- Experience in:
- wide range of consultancy projects and client facing;
- supporting work in process and organizational design and leading workshops and events within the relevant domain;
- developing multimedia content in HR or a similar field.
- Advanced knowledge of English language.
**Desirable**:
- A good understanding of recruitment processes;
- Knowledge of French language.
**Duties/role**:
- Supporting document writing and revision;
- Coordinating team efforts and drive production of new communication material;
- Developing:
- NATO's employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies by bringing modern marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top talent in the market;
- NATO’s employer branding campaign based on a clearly outlined Employer Value Proposition (“What does NATO offer as an employer”) to be closely coordinated with the Public Diplomacy Division;
- Online material (videos, tutorials, webinars) which will provide guidance on how to prepare a high
- Online material (videos, tutorials, webinars) to provide more information on the various tests (oral test, written test, and Assessment Center) and guidance on how to better prepare for them;
- Online material in parallel and with a monthly review: bite size learning videos for every recruitment stage;
- Working on information material and website improvement as well as relevant social media;
- Working closely with:
- Public diplomacy and HR in developing products and communication campaigns;
- Other specialists to deliver content for the NATO Careers Website, LinkedIn page or other platforms used to publish NATO opportunities;
- Delivering an Employer Value Proposition agreed with the HR hierarchy by outlining culture, and the company’s work environment;
