With our vision of building mental fitness through exercising, we launched our different Group and private classes, so there has never been a better time to join our strong team of Personal Coaches.

In your role as a Fitness Coach, you will play a key part in the safe enjoyment of our gym for a growing community pursuing not only build muscle or lose fat, but also improving their mindset and wellbeing.

You will become the leader and motivator of our community members, who are prioritizing their physical and mental health more than ever.

Full induction on all aspects of the role is provided to help you build your confidence and boost your profile to members in the gym.

As a self-employed Personal Trainer, you won't only manage a flexitime schedule, but also the chance to grow together with IM.

**KEY Objectives**
- Helping clients develop short
- and long-term goals
- Analysing client behaviour and the client's abilities
- Training existing clients with their fitness goals and competitions.
- Giving advice on nutrition, health, and lifestyle changes
- Leading group, semi-private and private fitness classes when necessary
- Helping clients with their workouts and advising them about important safety concerns
- Lifting and arranging gym equipment
- Opening and close the gym if needed.
- Recording and creating reports of client's progress
- Creating workouts that are safe for the client to replicate
- Talking to members about their goals and introducing them to available training packages

- Ability to work with people of all fitness levels

- Ability to integrate technology into routines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to stay up to date with the latest fitness techniques and health trends.

**Salary**: From €25.00 per hour
