Als **IT Monitoring & Incident Detection Specialist** speel je een cruciale rol in het bewaken van onze IT-systemen en applicaties. Dankzij jouw expertise mínimaliseren we downtime en identificeren we potentiële problemen voordat ze incidenten worden. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om onze monitoringprocessen te optimaliseren en incidentbeheer te verbeteren.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- **IT Monitoring**:

- Implementeren en beheren van monitoringoplossingen zoals ELK stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic of Grafana.
- Optimaliseren van monitoringconfiguraties om de zichtbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid van alerts te verbeteren.
- Ontwikkelen van dashboards en rapportages over systeemprestaties en gezondheid.
- Analyseren van trends om mogelijke incidenten proactief te identificeren.
- **Cloud Management**:

- Integreren en onderhouden van monitoringoplossingen in cloudomgevingen zoals GCP, AWS of Azure.
- Zorgen voor effectieve monitoring en snelle probleemoplossing binnen cloudomgevingen.
- **Incident Detectie & Preventie**:

- Analyseren van verzamelde data om trends te identificeren en nieuwe monitoringmetrics te definiëren.
- Samenwerken met de Incident Manager om root causes van issues te achterhalen en op te lossen.
- Ontwikkelen van foutdetectiemetrics en alerts binnen applicaties.
- Implementeren van alerts in ons CRM-systeem (FreshServices van FreshWorks) voor een efficiënte incidentrespons.
- Bijdragen aan post-incident reviews en lessons learned implementeren ter voorkoming van herhaling.
- **Samenwerking & Communicatie**:

- Werken met applicatie-eigenaren, ontwikkelaars en IT-supportteams om monitoring te integreren met applicaties.
- Effectieve communicatie om alle belanghebbenden op de hoogte te houden van incidentoplossingen en systeemoptimalisaties.
- Technische begeleiding en ondersteuning bieden aan applicatieteams voor maximale effectiviteit van monitoringtools.
- **Automatisering**:

- Automatiseren van monitoring
- en incidentbeheerprocessen met tools zoals Terraform, Python, Bash en CI/CD-pipelines.
- Ontwikkelen van scripts en workflows voor verbeterde efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid van systemen.
- **Documentatie & Autonoom Werken**:

- Zorgdragen voor gedegen documentatie van monitoringconfiguraties, alerts en drempelwaarden.
- Actief bijdragen aan continue verbeteringen en zelfstandig projecten initiëren binnen IT-operations.

**Jouw profiel**
- Bachelor in IT, Computerwetenschappen of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
- Bewezen ervaring met IT-monitoringtechnologieën zoals ELK stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic of Grafana.
- Hands-on ervaring met cloudproviders zoals GCP, AWS of Azure.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
- Ervaring met automatiseringstools en scripttalen zoals Terraform, Python, Bash en CI/CD-pipelines.
- Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding in een dynamische omgeving.
- Leergierig en interesse in innovatieve technologieën en markttrends.
