To support our Interventional Oncology division, we are looking for a **Sales Representative-Belgium**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the growth of sales and the deployment of promotional actions with interventional radiologists, Kols specialized in hepatobiliary system’s cancer as well as hospital’s personnel and administrative decision-makers within public and private institutions.
- Have advanced knowledge of embolization and/or interventional oncology. Achieve quarterly sales targets on our interventional Oncology products, mainly - Embolisation, Ablation and Drainage.
- Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
- With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc).
- Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs
- Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
- Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
- To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.

- Business Relationships and Project Management: Cultivates a wide range of internal business relationships and begins to develop an external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks. May lead a project team of small to moderate scope. Influence exerted at peer level and occasionally at first levels of management.
- Impact: Contributes to the completion of departmental projects and goals. Errors in judgment, poor recommendations, or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.
- Liaison: Engages with internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects. Uses diplomacy and tact in interactions and problem solving.
- Mentoring: Provides guidance to less experienced staff.
