Fluxys is een internationale energieinfrastructuurgroep met 1.300 personeelsleden actief in gasvervoer en -opslag en terminalling van vloeibaar aardgas.

Voor het departement Talent Management - dienst Backoffice op onze kantoren te Brussel (The Park), (zie plan) zijn we op zoek naar een **Talent Acquisition Assistant** (m/v/x).
Het team van Human Resources investeert volop in zowel het bevorderen van de prestaties van de onderneming als de ontplooiing van alle medewerkers. Ons HR-beleid ondersteunt de globale strategie van Fluxys en vertaalt onze kernwaarden, die de essentie van ons bedrijf vormen. Het departement Talent Management staat in voor de begeleiding van elke medewerker tijdens zijn of haar loopbaan bij Fluxys, met aandacht voor het aantrekkings

**Je**
**job***:
- Binnen het team Talent Acquisition (10-tal enthousiaste medewerkers) speel jij een centrale, ondersteunende rol door in te staan voor een breed spectrum aan administratieve taken gelinkt aan onze rekruteringsactiviteiten en het onthaal van onze nieuwe collega’s.
- Je stelt de arbeidsovereenkomsten op en zorgt ervoor dat ze tijdig door alle betrokken partijen worden ondertekend Je stelt ook alle administratieve correspondentie op.
- Je voert verschillende gegevens in in de juiste systemen en zorgt ervoor dat deze regelmatig worden bijgewerkt en accuraat zijn.
- Je werkt mee aan de organisatie van job days die bijvoorbeeld worden georganiseerd door scholen/universiteiten (inschrijving in orde brengen, logistiek regelen, zorgen voor goodies, enz.)
- Je kan meewerken aan de onboarding van onze nieuwe medewerkers en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt wanneer zij of de betrokken leidinggevenden in de weken voor de indiensttreding praktische/logistieke vragen hebben
- Je werkt mee aan het coördineren van de aanvragen voor vakantiejobs en schoolstages, waarbij je het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor de studenten, leidinggevenden en externe dienstverleners
- Je plaatst bestellingen (consultancy-diensten, materieel, enz.) via ons boekhoudsysteem en verwerkt de inkomende facturen
- Je zorgt ervoor dat onze processen (rekrutering, onboarding, enz.) goed gedocumenteerd en up-to-date blijven en je waakt erover dat je collega’s vlot toegang hebben tot deze informatie
- Je kijkt steeds met een kritische blik naar onze werkmethodes en komt spontaan met verbetervoorstellen en ideeën om het werk efficiënter te laten verlopen en onze digitale tools te laten evolueren
- In je functie werk je nauw samen met je collega's van HR en verschillende andere interne departementen (zoals IT, Housing en Communicatie) en met leidinggevenden

**profiel***:
- Je bent dynamisch, gemotiveerd en jonger dan 26 jaar, voor een contract van bepaalde duur in het kader van een startbaanovereenkomst (SBO). Deze functie biedt een uitstekende kans om ervaring op te doen en je verder te ontwikkelen op het gebied van Human Resources
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in Office Management, Human Resources Management, Rechten of Sociale Wetenschappen
- Je hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden (planning en opvolging) en oog voor detail (nauwgezetheid en structuur)
- Je hebt een uitgesproken teamgeest en goede sociale vaardigheden
- Je bent proactief en kan anticiperen op behoeften en het initiatief nemen om het gemakkelijker te maken om taken op te volgen en snel de gewenste resultaten te behalen. Je aarzelt niet stakeholders aan te spreken om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten vorderen.
- Je bent klantgericht en kan gevoelige informatie discreet behandelen
- Je bent flexibel en oplossingsgericht
- Je beschikt over zeer goede digitale vaardigheden (burotica), waaronder het Office-pakket, maar ook een grote leergierigheid om andere tools onder de knie te krijgen
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal
