**Functieomschrijving**:
At BESIX we are currently implementing an new ERP based on Microsoft Business Central (formerly Navision) with a sector-specific layer developed by 4PS. This solution has been launched on one major Group entity with the ambition to expand to other units in the near future. This new software will represent a step forward in the management of our projects.
The Project Manager will coordinate the project, starting first with the roll-out completion in the first entity and coordinating further implementations. This role is based at the BESIX Head Office in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe, requiring mobility within the operations and occasional traveling.

You will be responsible for:

- Governance and steerco organization with the top management
- Roll-out planning & supervision
- 4PS system management in coordination with the IT department and Operations
- Management of Issue log
- Prioritization/steering of changes requests to 4PS
- Change management (software releases, roadmap)
- 4PS contract and license management
- User access overview & governance (monitor setup of the roles, check of segregation of duties, )
- Change management, training coordination, communication
- Masterdata management coordination in alignment with the other stakeholders
- Management of the project team and alignment with key projects stakeholders

Reporting line
Reports to the Finance & Administration Director of NV BESIX SA and BESIX Environment.

Functional Requirements
- General IT and ERP background with a proficient understanding of the standard ERP processes
- Experience in ERP management and IT project management
- 4 years of experience with managing people
- You are fluent in English, French and Dutch
- Knowledge of the construction industry
