**Project description**:
Le département Digital Business Solutions (DBS) soutient l’ensemble des activités « métier » de notre client. Il leur permet de se dérouler efficacement et de se développer. Il veille à doter notre client d’une informatique autonome, au gré de l’évolution de ses besoins et des technologies.
Au sein du service ERP, nous recherchons un(e) chef de projet qui répondra directement au Team Manager ERP.
**Responsibilities**:
Le Project Leader ERP:
- Identifie et gère les risques et les problèmes liés au projet.
- Identifie les changements, analyse leur impact et met en place les actions à mener.
- Communique vers les parties prenantes du projet.
- Alloue et suit les tâches / activités des membres de l'équipe de projet.
- Gère les besoins en ressources humaines et techniques du projet. Applique les méthodes, processus et outils déterminés dans le plan de projet.
- Gère le processus end-to-end selon le « Project Management Life Cycle » (PMLC) et le « Software Management Life Cycle » (SDLC).
- Assure la mise en production correcte et maitrisée du projet et des nouvelles fonctionnalités en garantissant la disponibilité des services existants et la cohérence avec les nouveaux services.
- En phase amont de projet, coordonne, si nécessaire, une étude, une rédaction de RFI, RFP.
- Identifie les parties prenantes. Définit le plan de projet (PMP) avec le scope et les livrables, un planning, des ressources et une gouvernance de projet (standards, méthodes, processus et outils).
- Évalue et demande correctement les ressources nécessaires pour pouvoir compter sur une équipe motivée et performante qui cible les objectifs partagés du projet.
- Gère fonctionnellement l'équipe de projet (dotation, affectation, suivi, retour d'information, évaluation,...) pendant la durée d'affectation des ressources au projet et en bonne collaboration avec les Team Managers de ces ressources.
- Gère, en collaboration avec l'IT Contract Manager, les contrats avec les fournisseurs au niveau opérationnel, afin de s'assurer que le fournisseur livre effectivement ses services au projet et que les conditions contractuelles soient effectivement respectées.
- Assure le transfert des connaissances de projet pour assurer une continuité en mode « business as usual » pour toutes les parties sur lesquelles le projet a des répercussions. Assure le suivi et la maintenance évolutive et corrective des solutions déployées pendant la période de « post-go-live ».
**Skills**:
- 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans la même fonction ou dans une fonction similaire ;
- Bonne connaissance des solutions SAP (HR, finance, logistique) numériques et innovantes ainsi que des processus.
- Diplôme de Master en technologie de l'information, autre formation pertinente ou équivalent par expérience ;
- Connaissance et compétence dans les processus de gestion de projet, y compris les tâches de planification, l'allocation des ressources, la gestion des risques, la gestion du temps, la gestion financière, la gestion de la qualité, le suivi et les rapports, la documentation et la tenue de registres ;
- Une connaissance du secteur d’énergie ou des services publics est un atout ;
- Vous pouvez travailler en français et en néerlandais, vous maîtrisez l'anglais technique professionnel ;
- Compétences et attitudes clés : Sens de responsabilité, orientation client, rigueur, transversalité, transparence, team playing et respect de la personne.
