**Description**
IT Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Capture and analyse the business requirements
- Lead and actively contribute to different projects to guarantee optimal digital integration, in close collaboration with different divisions, providers and IT.
- Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
- Create requirements and system specifications and process descriptions.
- Work with information technology professionals to develop a solution that meets business and strategic requirements.
- Provide functional analysis and Business processes modelling.
- Define a financial evaluation of the business requirements based on a detailed cost / benefit analysis.
- Review the day-to-day progress of the project(s) and release initiatives with regard to time, budget, scope and quality.
- Coordinate test scripts creation and execution with responsible test team
- Ensure sign off implemented functionalities and products.
- Organize and moderate the project Steering Committee meetings
- Responsible for the successful functional cut-over, as well as the quality of the solution and related deliverables
- Elaborate project 'lessons learned' and present them to designated stakeholders.Responsabilités du poste:

- Effectuer des analyses et des recherches commerciales afin d'identifier les mesures clés et les possibilités d'amélioration.
- Créer des exigences et des spécifications de système et des descriptions de processus.
- Travailler avec des professionnels des technologies de l'information pour développer une solution qui répond aux exigences commerciales et stratégiques.
- Fournir une analyse fonctionnelle et une modélisation des processus d'affaires.
- Définir une évaluation financière des besoins de l'entreprise sur la base d'une analyse coûts/avantages détaillée.
- Examiner l'avancement quotidien du ou des projets et des initiatives de lancement en ce qui concerne les délais, le budget, la portée et la qualité.
- Coordonner la création et l'exécution des scripts de test avec l'équipe de test responsable.
- Assurer la signature des fonctionnalités et des produits mis en œuvre.
- Organiser et modérer les réunions du comité directeur du projet
- Responsable de la réussite de la transition fonctionnelle, ainsi que de la qualité de la solution et des produits livrables connexes.
- Élaborer les "leçons apprises" du projet et les présenter aux parties prenantes désignées.
**Votre profil**
Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field. 5+ years in an IT management position in an industrial environment. 10+ years in a technology-driven role. Strong problem-solving and management skills. Excellent communication and analytical skills. You communicate easily, both in writing and orally. Analytical mindset. Attention to detail. Experience in project management. You have experience in the use of modelling tools and comfortable with BPM / BPO concepts. Data visualization and data analysis experience not required but preferred. Your versatility allows you to work on several projects in parallel (in a team). You are autonomous. You are fluent in French and Dutch. Knowledge of English is a plus.Diplôme en ingénierie informatique, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. 5+ ans dans un poste de gestion informatique dans un environnement industriel. 10 ans ou plus dans un rôle axé sur la technologie. Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de gestion. Excellentes capacités de communication et d'analyse. Vous communiquez facilement, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. Esprit d'analyse. Vous avez le souci du détail. Expérience en gestion de projet. Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils de modélisation et êtes à l'aise avec les concepts BPM / BPO. Expérience de la visualisation et de l'analyse de données non requise mais souhaitée. Votre polyvalence vous permet de travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle (en équipe). Vous êtes autonome. Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais. La connaissance de l'anglais est un plus.
