**We Are Digital zoekt een Digital Designer met een hart voor social media
Vind je dat alles in CMYK er nogal flets uitziet? Is social media je tweede thuis? Loop je over van de creativiteit en strooi je ideeën in het rond alsof het niets is? Dan is dit misschien wel dé job voor jou.
Bij WAD zoeken we een designer die van aanpakken weet, een goed oog voor digital design heeft en eindeloos wil bijleren. Social media ads maken waar je niet zomaar voorbij scrolt, HTML5-banners animeren in 101 formaten, illustreren en animeren... Samen met je beste vriend Adobe Creative Cloud tover je de meest creatieve ontwerpen uit je hoed.
Heb je al een eerste werkervaring en zin in meer? Wil je er meteen invliegen en zoveel mogelijk bijleren en route? Kijk je ernaar uit om deel uit te maken van een dynamisch team met uiteenlopende expertises? Solliciteer dan snel en... misschien wel tot binnenkort
**Wat ga je bij ons doen?**
- Je werkt samen met ons digital design-team op verschillende klanten en uiteenlopende opdrachten.
- Je maakt motion graphics voor social, maakt ontwerpen in Illustrator, bewerkt foto's in Photoshop, gooit creatieve ideeën in de groep.
- Je leert bij on the job door samen te werken en regelmatig feedback te krijgen.
- Je werkt samen met een team van digital experts die ervoor zorgen dat je design juist ingezet, correct gemeten en uitgebreid geanalyseerd wordt.
- Je helpt mee aan presentaties en interne design-opdrachten.
**Profil**:
**Wat verwachten we?**
- Je kan op basis van een concept een design verder uitwerken.
- Je hebt ideeën in overvloed en bent niet bang om deze te delen tijdens een brainstorm.
- Je bent gedreven en kritisch, en hebt oog voor detail.
- J e hebt een goede basiskennis van animatie en kent alle socialmediakanalen door en door.
- Je kent het verschil tussen pixels en vectoren.
- Je bent in staat om een design te beoordelen op basis van onderbouwde argumenten.
- Je wilt graag designs maken die niet alleen mooi zijn maar ook effectief hun doel bereiken.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van Frans/Engels.
- Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van volgende tools: After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop en XD en bent bereid om bij te leren.
- Je hebt een grafische achtergrond en een eerste werkervaring achter de rug.
