Functieomschrijving

Vind je dat alles in CMYK er nogal flets uitziet? Kan je toveren met verschillende huisstijlen? Design, illustreer en animeer je in je vrije tijd omdat het gewoonis wat je graag doet en niet omdat het moet? Dan is dit misschien wel dé job voor jou.

Kan je van alles een beetje en een beetje vanalles? Ideaal We zoeken namelijk iemand die van alle markten een beetje thuis is: social media ads maken waar je niet zomaar voorbij scrolt, landingspagina’s ontwerpen voor big brands, HTML5-banners animeren in 101 formaten, illustreren, animeren, enthousiasmeren,... Laat ons zeggen dat we op zoek zijn naar iemand met een goed oog voor Digital Design en eindeloze goesting om bij te leren. Naast dat goed oog gaan we er wel van uit dat de Adobe Creative Cloud je beste vriend is en jullie elkaars geheimen kennen.

Je had het misschien al geraden, maar We Are Digital doet alles digital. Dat wil niet zeggen dat we totaal blind zijn voor de offline marketing wereld, het is gewoon niet zo ons ding. Geef ons maar pixels, vectoren en een snelle internetverbinding. Al het digital design werk dat we doen hangt bij ons dan ook onlosmakelijk samen met analyses, rapportages, SEO, tracking, enzovoort. We maken dus niet enkel designs die er onwaarschijnlijk mooi uitzien, maar we zorgen er ook voor dat ze doen wat ze moeten doen, namelijk converteren, informeren of nog iets helemaal anders dat eindigt op -eren.

DE JOB
- Je werkt samen met onze digital designer op verschillende klanten en uiteenlopende opdrachten
- Je maakt motion graphics voor social, animeert HTML5-banners in Animate, werkt aan landingspagina’s in XD en maakt ontwerpen in Illustrator
- Je leert bij on the job door samen te werken en regelmatig feedback te krijgen
- Je werkt samen met een team van digital experten die ervoor zorgen dat je design juist ingezet wordt en correct gemeten en vervolgens geanalyseerd wordt
- Je helpt mee aan presentaties en interne design-opdrachten

Profiel

ONZE VERWACHTINGEN
- Je kan op basis van een concept een design verder uitwerken
- Je bent gedreven en kritisch met een oog voor detail
- Je hebt een goede basiskennis van animatie en kent alle social kanalen door en door
- Je hebt ideeën in overvloed en bent niet bang om deze te delen in een brainstorm
- Je kent het verschil tussen pixels en vectoren
- Je bent in staat om een design te beoordelen op basis van onderbouwde argumenten
- Je wilt graag designs maken die niet alleen mooi zijn maar ook effectief hun doel bereiken
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van Frans/Engels
- Je beschikt over een goede basis kennis van volgende tools: After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop en XD en hebt de wil om bij te leren
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring en/ of een grafische opleiding gevolgd

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Creatieve concepten ontwikkelen (visueel, geluid, geschreven,...) in functie van de gekozen drager (printmedia, multimedia, reclamespots, radio, tv, affiches, games,...)
- Softwareprogramma's gebruiken: After Effects
- Het ontwerp lay-outen volgens de typografische regels en het grafische charter (tekst
- en beeldintegratie, correcties,...)
- Behoeften van de klant analyseren
Het concept en het script vertalen in een eerste visuele voorstelling (getekend, geschilderd,...)
- Controleren of de realisatie voldoet aan het initiële project en aanpassingen doorvoeren (grafische vormgeving, gebruiksvriendelijkheid, navigeerbaarheid,...)
- Beelden (foto's, logo's, tekeningen) uit een databank selecteren en bewerken (kleurmeting, fotoretouches, beeldinstellingen, contouren uitdekken, fotomontage,...)
- Grafische elementen modelleren (creëren van volume, objecten, personages,...)
Textures, kleuren, beeldinstellingen, helderheid,... bepalen
- Een afbeelding van animatie voorzien (opmaak van bewegingen beeld per beeld, bepalen van het traject,...)
- Softwareprogramma's gebruiken: Illustrator
- Softwareprogramma's gebruiken: InDesign
- Softwareprogramma's gebruiken: Photoshop
- Grafische elementen met grafische software uitwerken (tekeningen, illustraties, computergraphics,...)
