**THE BONITA SOLUTION**
- Bonita is an extensible Process Automation platform that offer an free field for developers to explore, create, and innovate without constraints

**LOCATION & OFFICES**

We are a full remote organization with colleagues based in France, Spain and Canada. Our main office is Grenoble (France).

This opportunity is also open for residents of Ireland, Belgium, Germany, and Portugal through an umbrella company contract (Deel).

**YOUR FUTURE TEAM**

As a part of the Professional Services team, our Technical Consultants act as advisor, a trainer, technical experts and project leader for customers and partners. They can also be responsible for conducting end-to-end projects from the conception phases to delivery.

**Mission**:
You will work on projects of all sizes and complexity with various customers across the globe

**Be the Technical expert and advisor**
- As the Bonita solution expert, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our Customers and Partners
- Work with customers to align the level of effort for the project delivery

**Project management**
- Lead Bonita projects end-to-end and collaborate with customers on all different phases of their projects using your know-how and our best practices
- Deliver projects on Bonita platforms hosted on-premise or in Bonita Cloud
- Share progress throughout the key milestones, gather customers feedback and involve other teams as and when you see fit
- Generate user documentations

**Development of tailored solutions**
- Deliver a Turn Key Solution project with Bonita (end to end project delivered by Bonitasoft, with or without implication of a partner) : Time & Material or Fixed Price/Scope basis
- Ensure you have clear understanding of our customer's pains, goals and constraints to develop tailored solutions

**Be a business problem solver**
- Help our Customers resolve business problems and technical issues (performances, lack of know-how, ) to bring your customer project back on track

**Training**
- You are comfortable delivering a training course to external users.
- You are able to contribute updating existing training contents, or creating new one’s as needed

**OUR STACK**

**Profile**:

- You speak both French and English fluently
- You have a senior/confirmed experience in a similar role within a SaaS/Software company
- You are a problem solver with a creative mind.
- You are comfortable discussing complex matters
- You have strong customer-facing skills that enable you to represent Bonitasoft and drive discussions with senior stakeholders
- You can think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and care about efficiencies, cost savings, innovation
