**Wat verwacht Crelan van jou?**:
**Jouw functie****:
Als **asset manager** bij Crelan ben jij de persoon die zich bezighoudt met de **uitvoering, coördinatie en controle van de assets** en dat in de breedste zin van het woord**:zowel hard
- als software**. Hierbij hou je steeds onze methodologie en strategie in het achterhoofd en dat aan de hand van alle beschikbare instrumenten.
Samen met onze capacity manager hou je de kwaliteit van deze assets in het oog: is er nood aan vervanging van de hardware? Zijn alle contracten en licenties die gebruikt worden wel up-to-date?
Je voert degelijke **verificatiecontroles **uit (inventarissen, bevestiging van assets door de gebruiker, visuele controles op het hoofdkantoor, ) met de nodige **rapporteringen **en je staat in voor een deel van de **LifeCycle**, nl. alles wat gaat over afschrijving, garantieverloop en onderhoudsbeurten.
Verder kom je als asset manager regelmatig in contact met verschillende collega’s want jij zorgt onder andere voor de juiste **doorstroom van de financiële informatie** naar onze dienst boekhouding. Daar komen ook enkele officiële vergaderingen bij te kijken, zoals een **Asset Control Board of begrotingsoefeningen**.
Ten slotte ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **opstellen, bewaken en rapporteren** van een **governance structuur** voor de gedefinieerde key KPI’s/SLA’s.
**Jouw profiel****:
Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma op zak en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
Asset management is je niet vreemd, meer nog: heb je een ITIL-certificaat in asset management op zak, dan speelt dat in je voordeel
Je neemt graag initiatief en gaat op een constructieve manier om met conflicten. Je houdt stress ten alle tijde onder controle, je bent assertief ingesteld en past je gemakkelijk aan.
Je collega’s zijn zowel Franstalig als Nederlandstalig dus je je trekt je plan in beide talen en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.
