**Ipsos Unlimited Understanding **est notre ligne de service chargée des **études qualitatives **. Nos études de marché qualitatives nous permettent de fournir une **vision approfondie **des **attitudes **, des **motivations **et des **arguments **qui déterminent le **comportement des consommateurs **. Outre les techniques traditionnelles, nous utilisons des **méthodes innovantes **telles que les panels de communautés en ligne, l'écoute sociale, les journaux mobiles, l'oculométrie, des sprints de co-navigation, la co-création, des études ethnographiques, des blogs vidéo et des ateliers.

**Description de la fonction**
- Vous êtes intéressé(e) par les méthodologies de recherche qualitative.
- Vous aimez animer et coordonner les entretiens avec les répondants (en ligne et hors ligne).
- Vous fournissez aux clients des renseignements approfondis sur les attitudes, les motivations et les arguments qui déterminent le comportement de leurs clients.
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion et de l'exécution des différentes étapes d'un projet de recherche qualitative telles que la rédaction et l'élaboration des guides de discussion et le suivi du travail de terrain (entretiens, groupes de discussion, communautés, sessions de chat, etc.)
- Vous analysez et rapportez les résultats.
- Les délais ne vous posent aucun problème, grâce à vos compétences en gestion de projet.
- Votre flair commercial vous permet d'entretenir et de soutenir facilement les relations avec les clients.

**Description du profil**
- Vous êtes de préférence titulaire d'un Master et vous avez déjà été exposé à des recherches qualitatives au cours de vos études ou d'une expérience professionnelle antérieure.
- Votre personnalité ouverte d'esprit vous assure un véritable intérêt pour les motivations humaines.
- Vous avez des capacités d'analyse et de réflexion conceptuelle.
- Vous êtes curieux. Le rôle de modérateur est fait sur mesure pour vous.
- Vous aimez travailler de manière à obtenir des résultats.
- Une mentalité de 9 à 5 n'est pas votre truc. Vous aimez être flexible.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous aimez la variété ; chaque jour est différent. Vous travaillez avec différents clients dans divers secteurs tels que les télécommunications, le B2B, le B2C, les autorités, les organisations à but non lucratif, etc.
- Votre attitude positive contribue à notre culture d'entreprise enthousiaste.
