Your Profile:
- Education: Minimum Master’s degree in engineering or Business (MBA)
- Strong desire to work in a technology-driven business and specialize in EU Research & Innovation
- Min 3 years of hands-on experience with EU Public Funded projects (knowledge of EU Research & Innovation (R&I) environment and funding programs such as Horizon Europe also required)
- Ability to grasp complex processes and optimize them based on multi-area stakeholder alignment
- Capability to collaborate with a large variety of stakeholders from specific area engineering (fuel cell, batteries, material engineering etc) to legal, A&F, patent and business area specialists
- Language: Fluent in English (business language) and other EU languages are a plus.

- Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, the ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence
- Exceptional implementation skills, where you drive an actionable strategy to deliver real world value

- Good planning, organizational skills and open for learning a wide variety of technical and business knowledge to efficiently collaborate with all stakeholders

- Technical skills:
- Possess a strong understanding of EU Public Funded Project schemes
- Data analytics: good working knowledge of relational databases and analysis tools (i.e. Power BI)
