**Team/division description**:
Research and Development (R&D) in Europe is responsible for the planning, the development and the production of attractive, superior quality cars matching European market requirements. Responsibility areas of R&D Business Services team:
? Vehicle Management (Import, Export, Transport, Scrap, Asset management)

? Training organisation (Driver training, CATIA training)

? Improvement activities

? Confidentiality (Policy maintenance, compliance assurance)

**Your responsibilities**:
? Manage vehicles used during development by R&D members.

? Organise drive training sessions for R&D members.

? Update/create procedures related to drive training or vehicle control.

? Manage internal and external customer requests related to the job.

**Profile**

**Your profile**

? You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe’s business language)
- Dutch or French knowledge would be an advantage
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office O365 (Excel, Share Point, Outlook etc)
- Knowledge Power Bi and Power Apps
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field
- Must be able to manage their job and time and work independently when needed
- Must be able to work in an international team cooperating with other departments

Interim contract (weekly renewed)
