- Experience in a utilities environment (preferably energy market);

Wat doe je als Billing Expert ai?

Within the Customer Service department, our client is looking for a Billing expert which is immediately available.

Therefore, she/he will perform the following tasks:

- Project participation on Billing related projects (Business requirements, UAT, coordination UAT, operational guidelines, lead small projects,...);
- Documenting + training of high risk operational tasks to assure future follow-up and increase flexibility -> bring the billing team to a higher level;
- Check on existing billing processes + improvement proposals Additional Billing related tasks that are requested during the job;
- High level of independency to obtain goals listed in the work order.
