**Your function**:
The HR Corporate Centre department is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and developing employees) and administering payroll and employee benefits. To strengthen the team, they are looking for a HR Business Partner
As a HR Business Partner, you are responsible for providing strategic HR advice and facilitating effective HR processes to support your business scope. You act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, collaborating with various departments to develop and implement the HR strategy.
Your key responsibilities include:
**Strategic HR Advisory**:
- You establish a strategic partnership with the management and leadership of your business lines in scope.
- Providing guidance and advice throughout the HR life cycle (performance, learning & development, retention, mobility, etc.) with the objective to bring out the best in employees.
**Talent Management**:
- Lead talent acquisition to ensure your business has the right skills and competencies. Manage the recruitment process from A - Z (from intake to employment offering)
- Manage internal mobility by advising staff about their possible career;
- Liaise closely with the colleagues from International HR regarding international assignments;
- Manage succession planning and identify high-potential individuals within the organization.
- Coordinate all learning & development activities with support and in collaboration with our Global Academy & Talent Committee
**HR Processes**
- Manage the yearly Ageas HR processes such as Appraisal cyle, Multi-year budget round, Roundtable talent management discussions.
- Follow-up employee engagement survey results and support business to set up the required action plans.
**HR legal & compliance**
- Stay abreast with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements
- Advise business on legal implications related to HR decisions, such as hiring, termination and employee relations.
**HR Project Management**:
- Lead HR projects, such as digitalization to enhance HR processes, to ensure smooth HR systems and processes and minimize impact on employees.
**HR Data and Insights**
- Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to periodic reports for management on HR metrics and KPIs.
**HR Trends**
- You stay abreast of HR trends and share your knowledge within the HR team.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven experience of 5-10 years in a senior HR role, preferable in an international organization.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations and compliance requirements
- Data driven and analytical skills
- Ability to navigate complex HR and legal issues while maintaining a strategic business focus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good project management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
