Wij noemen onszelf ‘Digital matchmakers’; we begeleiden KMO’s om sterke relaties op te bouwen met hun klant, dit door middel van eenvoudige & briljante digitale oplossingen.

We helpen KMO’s met het bedenken van een performante digitale strategie & zetten de beste digitale kanalen in om hun doelen te bereiken. Daarnaast bouwen we minstens even performante, gebruiksvriendelijke websites waar Google helemaal wild van wordt.. Die bruisende cocktail zorgt samen voor ‘love at first site’. Dat is hoe wij bedrijven online laten scoren

Vacatureomschrijving

Daarin ga jij als Project matchmaker een cruciale rol spelen. In jouw rol draait alles om het coördineren en (in)plannen van de website projecten. Je bent dé link tussen de klant en ons webteam en een spilfiguur van begin tot einde in elk project.

**Concreet?**
- Bij elk project zorg jij voor een gestructureerde en duidelijke planning: je bent een krak in het leggen van de verschillende puzzelstukjes.
- Je weet de wensen van klanten te vertalen in functionaliteiten en user stories zodat iedereen direct begrijpt wat er nodig is.
- Je bent proactief; houdt een vinger aan de pols met het oog op de scope, het budget en de vooropgestelde tijd.
- Je monitort de kwaliteit en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit waarbij je de bugs die naar boven komen aanpakt met je team.
- Content is goud, dat weet je als de beste Je hebt hiervoor dan ook steeds een waakzaam oog en kan inspringen waar nodig.

**Wat zoeken we in jou?**

**Je hebt een grondige kennis van**:

- Kanban/Sprint planning tools (Redmine, Jira,...)
- SEO standaarden
- Web usability richtlijnen
- Werking van een CMS systeem (We love Drupal,...)

**Je hebt basiskennis van**:

- Drupal CMS
- Digitale marketing principes
- Website wireframing & design
- Google Analytics
- Cookies en nog van dat lekkers
- HTML/CSS (high level)

**Daarnaast ben je**:

- een uitmuntend planner, what else? Dankzij jouw skills verlopen projecten als een geoliede machine.
- een energieke teamleader die teams aanstuurt op een duidelijke, assertieve en gestructureerde manier en weet hoe je teams efficiënter kunt laten werken.
- commercieel en klantgericht: de tevredenheid en smile op het gezicht van klanten geven je tonnen energie.
- flexibel: je weet goed om te gaan met veranderende wensen van klanten, past planningen hieraan aan, communiceert dit aan het team en bewaakt hierbij ook steeds de rentabiliteit van het project
- resultaatgericht en weet je de kalmte te bewaren wanneer de druk toeneemt.

Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in dit soort functie & onze sector Ervaring als front-end developer of back-end developer zijn een plus.
