Onze klant is een dynamisch bedrijf dat actief is in de FMCG.

De **belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie zijn:

- Je zal diepgaande kennis verwerven van verschillende HR-systemen: Workday, e-Blox, interne systemen en alle koppelingen tussen deze systemen, om ondersteuning en rapportages te bieden aan HR en eindgebruikers.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het HR-beleid en -procedures: normen stellen, communiceren, ontwerpen en opvolgen, evalueren en aanbevelingen maken.
- Volledig beheer van verzekeringspakketten, en andere voordelen voor België
- Contactpersoon zijn bij sociale inspecties en alle benodigde gegevens verzamelen.
- Verzamelen van alle informatie voor interne en externe audits.
- Opvolgen van de Belgische arbeidswetgeving, ervoor zorgen dat we blijven voldoen aan de huidige wetgeving en acties initiëren.
- Algemene HR-administratie afhandelen: HR-documenten harmoniseren, arbeidsreglement up-to-date houden, enz.
- Organiseren van de sociale verkiezingen, in nauw contact met het management, vakbondsvertegenwoordigers en overheidsinstanties.
- HR vertegenwoordigen in de maandelijkse veiligheidsraad.
- Ondersteuning bieden aan en een motiverende People Leader zijn voor 2 Payroll Coordinators, die de payroll van +/- 700 collega's in België verzorgen.

De **gevraagde kwalificaties** voor deze functie zijn onder andere:

- Je hebt een Bachelor/Master diploma.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in compensation & benefits en/of Talent Reward.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische arbeidswetgeving.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van Microsoft Excel, waardoor je probleemloos je eigen rapporten kan maken.
- Strategische ervaring in payroll is een pluspunt, inclusief internationale, grensoverschrijdende tewerkstelling.
- Je hebt een analytische mindset: goed met systemen en oog voor detail.
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels (gesproken en geschreven).
- Je hebt sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en kunt zelfstandig werken.
- Je hebt je eerste ervaring als people manager, of je bent gemotiveerd en klaar om je eerste stappen te zetten in het leiden van een team.
- Je bent energiek en een echte teamspeler.
