We are looking for an outstanding **Sales Coordinator** to join our team.

You will be responsible for supporting the Commercial organization and the Sales Operations team in managing day-to-day operations and processes related to the **Eastpak**, **Kipling**, and **JanSport** brands.

This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks related to sales reporting and planning, order management, and customer support.

The position is reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager EMEA and you will based in our office in Antwerp, Belgium.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Teams in preparing and sharing sales tools and assets for local key accounts. This includes crafting customized presentations, product catalogues, and other sales materials.
- Aid in the aggregation, synchronization, and analysis of customer sell-out data.
- Partner closely with customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of any order-related issues.
- Prepare “ad hoc” availability lists for specific commercial opportunities.
- Assist the commercial unit in the preparation, updating, and communication of sales bonus files and year-end targets.
- Oversee the weekly dispute report and follow up with Credit and Dispute team and Central Accounting, to address regional disputes.
- Contribute to the training, development and implementation of current and new sales processes and tools as needed.
- Maintain and manage the sales reporting process, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the Sales and Sales Operations team and cross-functional partners.

**Skills for Success**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, customer service or sales support, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAP or other order management systems a plus.
