Mission
Sous la direction Operations, le CO Thalys a la charge du suivi opérationnel de la réalisation du plan de transport et de la gestion des aléas, dans le respect de la sécurité, de la satisfaction voyageurs et de la régularité. Le département est composé d’un Head of, de 2 responsables et de 16 agents couvrant 3 postes opérationnels en horaires décalés, dont fait partie le Operations Supervisor.

En tant que Operational Supervisor, vous êtes le responsable opérationnel de l’ensemble de la réalisation du plan de transport et de l’information en découlant, en assurant la bonne marche des opérations et la gestion du matériel pour les rames en circulation, afin de garantir le respect de la promesse client de Thalys.

Vos missions:
Assurer le management fonctionnel des postes opérationnels
- Encadrer opérationnellement les coordinateurs officiant au sein du Centre Opérationnel
- Garantir le respect des procédures appliquées pour chaque métier

Suivre les circulations et s’assurer du déroulement du plan de transport
- Gérer les circulations Thalys sur les 4 réseaux traversés, la gestion des destinations saisonnières
- Être le représentant Thalys en opérationnel auprès des Gestionnaires d’Infrastructure

Assurer la sécurité des circulations en opérationnel
- Modification en opérationnel (dédoublement, transbordement, limitation )
- Vigiler les règles de sécurité lorsqu’un train est détourné
- Assurer la mise à jour des outils informatiques (TOTEM, DSDM, Book-In, TPN,)
- Assurer la relation avec les différents interlocuteurs (Product Control AMS, Traffic Control BE, DB, Control Room Eurostar, CNO Infra,)
- Demander les sillons aux GI en France et Belgique en s'assurant de la compatibilité du matériel avec les paramètres techniques de la ligne
- Assurer la couverture du plan de transport du personnel et du matériel
- Assurer les missions de Crew Dispatcher et RTID pendant la nuit
- Être le chef d’incident dans le niveau de crise 1

Suivre plus particulièrement les circulations en Allemagne
- Être le garant de la sécurité des circulations en Allemagne dans le respect de la réglementation (BRW Betriebliche RegelWerken)
- Assurer le suivi des circulations et être en relation directe avec le gestionnaire d’infrastructure allemand, ainsi qu’avec les gares et autorités allemandes

De afdeling waar de Operations Supervisor deel van uitmaakt bestaat uit een Head of, 2 verantwoordelijken en 16 medewerkers die de 3 operationele posten bemannen volgens uiteenlopende uurroosters.

Als Operational Supervisor ben je de operationele verantwoordelijke voor de volledige implementatie van het transportplan en de informatie die eruit voortvloeit en zorg je voor het goede verloop van de operaties en het beheer van het materiaal voor de rijdende treinstellen, om de naleving van de belofte van Thalys aan de klant te garanderen.

Je opdrachten:
Je zorgt voor het functionele beheer van de operationele posten
- Je biedt operationele ondersteuning aan de coördinatoren van het Operationeel Centrum
- Je garandeert de naleving van de geldende procedures voor elk beroep

Je houdt toezicht op het treinverkeer en zorgt ervoor dat het transportplan goed verloopt
- Je beheert het Thalys-verkeer op de vier netten en je beheert de seizoensbestemmingen
- Je bent de operationele Thalys-vertegenwoordiger voor de Infrastructuurbeheerders

Je garandeert de operationele veiligheid van het verkeer
- Operationele wijzigingen (splitsing, overstap, beperking...)
- Procedure met de betrokken IB's om rijpaden aan te vragen
- Je ziet toe op de veiligheidsregels wanneer een trein wordt omgeleid
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de informaticatools up-to-date zijn (TOTEM, DSDM, Book-In, TPN)
- Je onderhoudt de relaties met de verschillende gesprekspartners (Product Control AMS, Traffic Control BE, DB, Control Room Eurostar, CNO Infra)
- Je vraagt de rijpaden op bij de IB's in Frankrijk en België en verzekert je ervan dat het materiaal overeenstemt met de technische parameters van de spoorlijn
- Je zorgt voor de dekking van het transportplan van het personeel en het materiaal
- Je voert ‘s nachts de taken van Crew Dispatcher en RTID uit
- Je neemt de leiding in geval van crisissen van niveau 1

Je volgt in het bijzonder het treinverkeer in Duitsland
- Je staat garant voor de veiligheid van het treinverkeer in Duitsland in naleving van de reglementering (BRW Betriebliche RegelWerken)
- Je volgt het treinverkeer op en je staat in rechtstreeks contact met de Duitse infrastructuurbeheerder, en met de Duitse stations en autoriteiten
