Our client, one of the European leaders in leasing (furniture and real estate), is looking for a Contracting Administrator.
**Description**
In this role you will work with and support the drafting of contracts and offers for the Corporate & Real Estate Department, a team of about 10 people. You will work closely with the Account Managers, the other Contract Administrators, the Contracting Manager and the Sales Manager of your team.
The main tasks are the following:
- Drafting and checking real estate leasing contracts (legal aspects) and collaborating with colleagues from our local legal department;
- Informing and answering by phone to customers and colleagues;
- Planning and checking the draft notarial deeds of real estate leasing;
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of the real estate files after signing the contracts;
- Participate in business meetings;
- Active collaboration and exchange of ideas in order to make the department function optimally.
**Profile**
- You have a Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree), preferably with a legal orientation, or you have a few years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the notary's office is an asset.
- You can write and speak French perfectly and have a good knowledge of Dutch.
- You have a good knowledge of English.
- You have a good knowledge of Word and Excel, and can type fluently.
- You are interested in financial products (operational and financial leasing).
- You are accurate, have a good eye for detail and a good relationship with figures.
- You are communicative and assertive, as well as flexible and helpful.
- You have good commercial and interpersonal skills.
