**_Sales Expert Digital Solutions_**

**Doel van de functie**:
De omzet van de toegewezen productlijnen ontwikkelen en deze lijnen promoten en animeren bij de accountmanagers:

- Commerciële en technische meerwaarde bieden in het kader van complexe oplossingen.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de verkoop
- en technische vaardigheden van het verkooppersoneel met betrekking tot de producten en oplossingen waarvoor hij/zij verantwoordelijk is, worden verbeterd.
- De afdelingen opleiding en marketing ondersteunen bij de overdracht van hun kennis en knowhow van producten en oplossingen.

**Belangrijkste taken**:

- Ontwikkelen van verkoop en service omzet voor de toegewezen productlijn.
- Het uitbreiden en bewaken van het bedrijfsportfolio.
- Actieplannen voorstellen in overleg met sales management
- Het begeleiden van de account managers op het terrein
- Schrijven van en/of deelnemen aan het schrijven van complexe voorstellen.
- Het geven van demo's ‘met toegevoegde waarde’ aan klanten en het aantonen van de ROI.
- Expertise bieden over productlijnen.
- Het bereiken van doelstellingen zoals gedefinieerd in het verkoopbeleid en in overeenstemming met de strategie van de onderneming.

**Compétences et qualités requises**:

- Min. niveau Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Min. 4 jaar ervaring in B to B verkoop
- Grondige kennis in digitale oplossingen.
- Kennis van financieringstechnieken
- Kennis MS office + vaardig in het gebruik van CRM -tools
- Charisma, coachings-vaardigheden.

Sales Expert Digital Solutions

**Finalité de la fonction**:
Développer le chiffre d’affaires sur les lignes de produits qui lui sont attribuées, et assurer la promotion et l’animation de ces lignes auprès des directeurs d’agence et des commerciaux:

- Apporter une valeur ajoutée commerciale et technique dans le cadre de solutions complexes.
- Assurer la montée en compétences commerciales et techniques des commerciaux sur les produits et solutions dont il a la responsabilité.
- Intervenir en appui de la formation et du marketing, pour transférer leur savoir et savoir-faire sur les produits et solutions.

**Missions Principales**:

- Développer le CA en ventes et services sur ses gammes.
- Alimenter et suivre son portefeuille d’affaires.
- Proposer des plans d’actions en coordination avec le sales management
- Accompagner les vendeurs en clientèle.
- Rédiger et/ou participer à la rédaction de propositions complexes.
- Assurer les démonstrations « à valeur ajoutée » auprès des clients et démontrer le ROI.
- Apporter son expertise sur les lignes de produits.
- Atteindre ses objectifs tels que définis par la politique commerciale et dans le respect de la stratégie de l’Entreprise.

- Internes : Vendeurs itinérants et à distance, Directeur d’agence, Assistante commerciale, Directeur régional, Directeur du développement commercial, Directeur commercial, formation, administration des ventes
- Externes : Clients, Prospects, Influenceurs

**Compétences et qualités requises**:

- Min. niveau Bachelor ou équivalent par expérience
- 4 ans d’expérience minimum dans la vente en B to B
- Connaissances techniques et approfondies des solutions digitales.
- Connaissance des techniques de financement
- Bonne maîtrise du MS office + capacités à utiliser un CRM
- Charisme, pédagogie, coaching.
