**Life on the team**

Currently looking for a Solution Sales Support colleague to support the Solutions department.

This is a dynamic environment in which colleagues are supportive and managers inspiring. Part of the Solutions team for a portfolio of prestigious customers, you will have all the tools, information and resources available to be successful in your role as a Solution Sales Support.

**What you will do**
- Create, structure, and optimize documentation workflows between the Solution Sales colleagues and the Inside Sales department - according to the “first time right” principle
- Take ownership of the process towards internal sales and the according information flows
- Assisted by Partner Management and team members of the Solutions department, you create a network within our strategic vendors
- Assist where needed with customer enquiries to transact basic solution sales to maximise profit
- Identify and resolve specific customer queries to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist to the organization of activities by and for the Solutions team, i.e. training courses, vendor activities, customer initiatives, new sales motions and OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and measures) driven actions
- Assist the CX Manager and Solution Sales with CCW configuration actions and other specific vendor tools
- You will report directly to the Solutions Director

**What you will need**
- A commercial attitude with a result-oriented focus
- Knowledge of CCW configuration and other vendor tools is a plus (training will be provided)
- You have a professional and collaborative attitude and are detail-oriented
- Excellent in time management and organisational skills
- You are proactive, willing to learn, hands-on and a strong team player
- Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excell, Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is required
