Robert Half Talent Solutions is momenteel op zoek naar een **Sales** **Support** **Coordinator** voor een bedrijf gelegen in Zaventem. Het gaat om een voltijdse functie met zicht op vast contract.

Onze klant is actief in de **distributiesector**.

De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als Sales Support Coordinator zijn:

- Je staat in voor de **administratieve** en **commerciële** **opvolging** van klanten binnen de vastgelegde structuur en procedures;
- Je **verzorgt** de **communicatie** tussen de klanten, sales managers, principalen, collega's, logistiek en boekhouding;
- Je **organiseert** en **beheert** een efficiënte **klantenopvolging** en verkoopondersteuning in teamverband met de sales managers;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor **klachtenbeheer** via de ISO procedure / CRM;
- Je staat in voor de **opvolging** van **bestellingen**, offertes en contracten;
- Je staat in voor de **opvolging** van **prijsaanvragen**, maakt prijscalculaties op, onderhoudt contacten met principalen, doet aan contractopvolging, stelt prijslijsten op etc.;
- Je staat in voor het **opvragen** en **verwerken** van **forecasts**;
- Bij afwezigheid van AM/PM's neem je mails door en initieer je bepaalde acties;
- Je verzorgt interne relaties;
- Je neemt deel aan **vergaderingen**.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie als Sales Support Coordinator zijn:

- Je hebt **min. 5 jaar ervaring** op de arbeidsmarkt ;
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het **Frans** met een goede kennis van het **Nederlands** en het **Engels**;
- Je hebt goede kennis **MS Office;**:

- Je bent **ondernemend**;
- Je bent diplomatisch;
- Je beschikt over de nodige teamspirit;
- Je bent **communicatief** sterk;
- Je bent bij voorkeur **onmiddellijk beschikbaar**.
